  • Due to the customized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we are unable to deliver the product to you after purchase, or you receive a wrong or faulty item.

    In this case, please contact us and include the photographic evidence of the issue within 7 days following the receipt of your order. Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 days following the day of our written consent.

    You are responsible for shipping costs.
